By accessing or using CommunityFox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CommunityFox is a community portal platform for housing estates and residents associations. It provides issue tracking, a knowledge base, an AI assistant, a contact directory, and community communication tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • Your account is personal and may not be shared
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Community committee members must approve your registration

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
  • Share access credentials or attempt to access other accounts
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to community matters
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (tickets, comments, photos). By posting content, you grant CommunityFox a licence to store, display, and process it for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. AI Assistant

The AI assistant provides answers based on your community's data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. The AI assistant should not be relied upon for emergency situations or legal advice.

7. Privacy

Your use of CommunityFox is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Community administrators may remove members who violate these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

CommunityFox is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided through the platform, including AI assistant responses.
